COVID-19 Updates

COVID Update – 3/30

Take the month of April back by spending it at home, self-isolated, building and perfecting your garden and landscaping!

On Saturday (3/28), the federal government added Landscaping to its essential job list. With this in mind, we will be open as previously planned.

HOWEVER, we are going to continue to be strictly adhering to the 6-foot minimum social distancing guidelines.

We understand that COVID-19 is a serious medical issue and we would like to do our part to flatten that curve, while still allowing our customers the opportunity to acquire their much-needed landscaping supplies during this crisis.

Please, if you or someone in your household is showing symptoms (severe or otherwise), please do not come into the store. Instead, consider having a friend bring the supplies to you in their truck. 🙂

COVID-19 Update – 3/27

As you know, COVID-19 has taken our country by storm. Recently, our governor ordered that all non-essential businesses close or remain closed until further notice while we fight this epidemic together as a State and Country.

This directly affects Heritage Hills Nursery. At the time of writing, we are not classified as an essential business.

We are currently seeking options that would allow us to provide our landscaping services, but we do not have a timeline or if that will pan out.

We believe that with the correct precautions in and out of our store, our business could continue to provide our much-needed service. And we think that we would be helping in our own way by giving you, our customers, something to do at your homes (gardening and landscaping).

Thank you

Update 3/23

With the current COVID-19 outbreak being a very real threat to the safety of our patrons and staff, we would like to be clear about how we intend to handle the situation at this time.

Gardening and lawn care are some of the few things that you can do from home. We understand this and we do not want to take away our much-needed supply of gardening resources from those in need.

That said, we also very much want to ensure the safety of everyone who would like to shop at Heritage Hills Nursery.

With this in mind, at this time, we intend to do the following things:

  1. We will open as scheduled on April 1st.
  2. We will require all patrons and staff to comply with the 6-foot social distancing mandate.
  3. We ask (beg) if you are feeling ill, or showing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 that you STAY HOME. This virus is serious and your safety is important.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
