Purple Pavement

The bright-green foliage of the Purple Pavement Rose has excellent disease resistance, and it forms a nice mounded plant (3′ x 3′) that’s well suited for use in mass plantings or as a colorful low hedge. Planted in full sun, the buds will open to an immense shade of purplish-red with bright, contrasting, yellow stamens. These intensely fragrant flowers of the Purple Pavement Rose are followed by colorful dark-red hips in the fall.
